All membership levels include include the following:

Individual
$50/year This option is best for regular and frequent individual visitors who want to stay involved and be in the know.
Family
$100/year This option is best for families and allow for up to 4 people 2 adults and 2 children or guests.
Student/Elders
$60 This option is best for people aged 21-35. Membership includes 1 unlimited museum admission guest pass for the year. Members of the Young Professionals Group have Access to exclusive Young Professionals Mixers, Third Thursdays and *behind-closed-doors access to curators and museum staff for mentorship and special collections upon request.
Young Professionals
Friends of The Museum
$150 This option is best for visitors who want a more active role and are strong supporters of the museum. Friends Of The Museum organize annual events as fundraisers for RRAAM, contribute significant monetary support for River Road African American Museum for educational programs and exhibitions, actively volunteer to support and supplement museum staffing. Membership includes 2 unlimited museum admission guest passes for the year and one guest pass at 2 **separate special events.
Patron
$500 For those who want to financially support ongoing programming. This option allows 3 unlimited museum admission guest passes for the year, one guest pass at 3 separate special events. Members of this group also have access to pre event cocktail parties, Parlour series chats with visiting guests + all benefits of general membership and a discounted facility rental.
Corporate Circle
$2,500 This option helps support the operations of the museum financially. Businesses may have 5 named members each having 1 unlimited museum admission guest membership. Corporate sponsors may have 1 free facility rental per active year.
Heading 2
Founders
$5,000 The contributions of members of the Founder’s Circle play an integral financial role in the operations and educational programs of RRAAM. Their contributions help to sustain the daily operations and reinforce the founders’ mission of education. Members receive all benefits of the Patron circle and receive: 1 private lunch tour for a party of 5, an invitation to the annual hosted party at the home of the founders, 3 invitations to the holiday party, 3 invitations to the annual anniversary celebration, and early access to tables and tickets to the annual gala, recognition in our newsletters and annual report, 1 free facility rental per active year + all benefits of general membership. Members of this group will receive 1 ****select collector’s item annually.
Claiborne Society
$10,000 This sustaining membership level includes all the benefits of the Founders’ Circle and also allows for 5 named members, each having unlimited museum admission for 2 guests, all the benefits of general membership + opportunity for travel for private historical and arts tours for the joining member, name recognition at annual events, free admission to annual events and gala. Members of this group will present topics for lecture series along with the Lowery Society and will participate in Lowery/Claiborne private events which further support RRAAM’s mission.
Lowery Society
$25,000 Members of the Lowery Society provide sustaining operational support and are afforded the benefits of the Claiborne Society and all general membership. Members of the Lowery Society will attend one event in support of RRAAM hosted by the Mayor of Donaldsonville and RRAAM founders.
Corporate Sponsorship
$50,000+ Corporate Sponsorship for Sustainability allows corporations to give significant funding for institutional administrative sustainability. These funds help to ensure the longevity of the museum by gifting dollars which aid in staff development, building maintenance and repairs and/or continued programming. Corporate sponsors receive access and personal invitations at executive levels and are granted naming rites to agreed upon collections, programming and events. Agreed upon programs and events may or may not carry the brand of the corporate sponsor at their request.
